We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services and website constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.
3. Our Coaching & Educational Services
Our Services are intended for leadership, personal and team development purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and valuable coaching but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Coaching sessions may be conducted via various online communication methods, as agreed upon with the client.
All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, subject to legal and ethical exceptions.
4. Payment and Fees
Clients are responsible for paying fees as agreed upon in their Services agreement.
Payment is processed through ThriveCart, and clients are subject to ThriveCart’s terms and conditions. It’s important to note that purchases made via ThriveCart are usually non-refundable.
Individual payment details and schedules will be outlined in the Services offer.
Failure to make payments may result in the termination of our Services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please note our cancellation for policies:
Coaching
Clients must provide advance notice as outlined in the coaching agreement for session cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited without a refund.
Workshops and offsites
4 weeks before the workshop = 0%, 4 – 2 weeks before the workshop = 50%; less than 2 weeks before the workshop = 100%.
6. Intellectual Property
All coaching and consulting materials, documents, and resources provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be distributed or reproduced without our explicit consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of our coaching services and website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://werise.energy/privacy-policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Irina Naithani nor Werise‘s coaches, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our coaching services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cologne for the resolution of any disputes.
